An order comes in. Every new cash-on-delivery order lands in Maxroc automatically.
We confirm it in the customer's language. The buyer is contacted to confirm the order and validate the delivery address — the biggest lever to raise delivery rate and reduce returns (RTO).
Pick, pack & last-mile. The confirmed order is picked, packed and delivered nationwide with live tracking to the doorstep.
Cash on delivery is collected. The customer pays on delivery; Maxroc collects the cash locally.
You get paid. We reconcile and pay you out on a clear, predictable settlement cycle — every movement visible in your dashboard.
